Ok, so today is Thursday and I am at 225 lbs.  My main goal for this challenge is 2 fold.  1.  I want to loose fat.  Weight does not concern me as much as my Body Fat % but with that said I would like to be walking around at 200-205 lbs.  2.  I want to push through on the daily WODs.  I would like to increase my Burpees to where I am able to knock out 100 at a time. 
Going from a gym rat/athlete and then to a over weight 5'11" man, I would like to trim my waist and get back to being athletic.
