At the end of every Challenge we like to take a minute to reflect on what we have accomplished. Our goal is to gain strength from our achievements in order to give us direction and drive for the next Challenge.

We also want to give you the tools to invite more of your co-workers, family, and friends to join your box and to participate in the 2016 Resolution Challenge coming in January. You are a walking billboard for success, and results are contagious.

  • The average person lost 5 1/4 inches.
  • The waist was the number 1 area for losses- hips were number 2.
  • The average person saw 5% of their waistline disappear.
  • As a whole 9,431 inches were lost - that is 786 feet or 262 yards.
  • The equivalent of more than 2 1/2 football fields of excess body mass are gone.
Weight Loss
  • The average person lost more than 6 1/4 lbs.
  • As a whole we lost 12,337 lbs.
  • That's more than 6 tons of fat (How do we know that isn't muscle loss? See Performance Gains).
  • 90% of people lost weight (even including those who were trying to gain weight).
Performance Gains
  • The average person improved their performance and work capacity by more than 15%.
  • In the Olympian, participants improved their strength and ability to move large loads quickly by more than 4%
  • These improvements shatter the fallacy that eating "strict or clean" results in performance loss.
  • Said differently, you don't have to sacrifice performance when eating right or losing weight.
Looking to the Next Challenge

You've heard us say many times that the end of the Challenge is just the next step in your journey. Now that you are riding high from your success from the Championship Challenge it is time to start mentally preparing for what is coming next. Mark your calendars for the 2016 Resolution Challenge.
