Looking for the "one answer" when it comes to health and fitness, you might start with your diet. We eat 4-8 times a day, and most of that food is made up of chemicals. Those chemicals are nothing other than drugs, i.e. sugar, and we are getting addicted to that substance. It is in everything! I say give this, or any other Paloe "diet", a try for a minimum of 7 weeks and you will be impressed with the outcome. You will feel better, look better, and have the energy you once had. Then, if you dare, add on a fitness challenge, and you'll see even more improvements. Being healthy isn't just about working out, it's a holistic approach that requires mental release/exercise, diet, and physical activity.
