Nutrition U: Transitioning After the Challenge

As we are during the last week of the Challenge, you may be asking yourself "what's next". Use these take home points along with all the knowledge and experience you’ve gained during the last 6 weeks, and you’ll be set up for success.

Congrats and What's Next?

The last 6 weeks have been quite a journey, filled with challenges, small victories, huge breakthroughs, temporary failures, personal reflection, and everything in between. Before you check out of the Championship Challenge, there are some important things you need to help you transition to your new life.

Week 4 - Diet Focus Raffle Winners

For every week of the Challenge, athletes who earn at least 168 diet points (average of Pro Level) will be entered into a raffle. A select number of athletes will be chosen at random each week. This week's raffle is brought to you by Paleo Naturals.
