The Challenge is a great way to bring our community together when doing the diet challenge - they really band together and talk about the recipes and what's working for them and what isn't. The way the Challenge is set up online is really easy for members to hold themselves accountable and set goals for themselves.

The Challenge workouts are challenging, and you get to see how you progress over the duration of the Challenge. The diet and workouts really go hand in hand in playing a key part in how people feel during workouts and outside of the gym.

My members have all really enjoyed the Challenge and continue to talk about the meal plans and how they need to stick with it.

Making changes to your life is not always easy, but it can help to develop a routine. Routines can make changes become habits. Developing a routine can help you fit healthy changes into your busy life - even the smallest changes to your routine can have a big impact on your health.
