The Challenge is a great way to bring our community together when doing the diet challenge - they really band together and talk about the recipes and what's working for them and what isn't. The way the Challenge is set up online is really easy for members to hold themselves accountable and set goals for themselves.
The Challenge workouts are challenging, and you get to see how you progress over the duration of the Challenge. The diet and workouts really go hand in hand in playing a key part in how people feel during workouts and outside of the gym.
My members have all really enjoyed the Challenge and continue to talk about the meal plans and how they need to stick with it.

Both doing the challenge, and having my athletes do the challenge, I love the accountability it holds us to. You can see real results in your performance and in your looks and it's such a fun, easy way to ensure you're heading in the right direction to achieve your goals.
