The Resolution Challenge is off to the raring start with the first 100 athletes registering in just over 3 and a half minutes! Cheers to everyone who was first in line to commit to improving their health, fitness, and overall lifestyle in the new year!
The best thing about this Challenge was learning how to cook with healthier ingredients. Every recipe was absolutely delicious. I also learned how to meal prep for the week, which is something I’ve always wanted to be able to do. This Challenge helped me gain power over the food I eat. With the holidays and the New Year fast approaching, the time for thinking about your 2018 resolutions is right around the corner. Lurong Living is looking forward to helping you accomplish more of your fitness goals in 2018 than any year before. We all need to know where to start and a little help along the way. Start your 2018 off right with the Resolution Challenge.
This Challenge helped me learn that eating healthy is not just chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes; you can eat real, wholesome recipes that are clean and good for you! This Challenge helped me clean up my diet, but it also helped me see my strength and endurance improve at CrossFit! I lost weight and got stronger and faster.
