I would definitely recommend Lurong Living Challenge to those that are looking for a healthy lifestyle. All around I feel healthier and have more energy and definitely want to keep up with the eating plan. I feel more on top of things because of the meal prep and feel I am eating more fruits and veggies as a whole. I would definitely recommend this to others and will do it again! The best thing about this Challenge was learning how to cook with healthier ingredients. Every recipe was absolutely delicious. I also learned how to meal prep for the week, which is something I’ve always wanted to be able to do. This Challenge helped me gain power over the food I eat. This Challenge helped me learn that eating healthy is not just chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes; you can eat real, wholesome recipes that are clean and good for you! This Challenge helped me clean up my diet, but it also helped me see my strength and endurance improve at CrossFit! I lost weight and got stronger and faster.
