If you want to feel good, look great, and have a fun time doing it, the Lurong Living Challenge is for you! Early on in the 6-week Challenge, it is difficult to overcome bad diet and exercise habits, but it becomes easier and easier with each passing week, especially with the help of your peers doing the Challenge alongside you. I feel better physically and mentally as a result and have greater confidence. I do not want to forget how good I felt during the Challenge and would like this to continue even after the Challenge concludes.Chris Brasher
