The Resolution Challenge - A Good Place to Start

With the holidays and the New Year fast approaching, the time for thinking about your resolutions for 2019 is right around the corner. Lurong Living is looking forward to helping you accomplish more of your fitness goals in 2019 than any year before. We all need to know where to start and may need a little help along the way. Start your 2019 off right with the Resolution Challenge.
This was a great experience. Everyone should try this Challenge at least 1 time. The food was challenging but worth it! I travel a lot and this Challenge helped me learn to make better choices when going out to dinner and learning that I don't need all of those extras. Eating clean is great, but portion control is even better.

I was very skeptical that I wouldn’t lose a lot of weight. I am pleasantly surprised I was able to lose as much as I did. I have always been active at the gym but watching what you eat definitely has ramifications. Thank you for having this. It was a great, positive experience!

Now that the Resolution Challenge is right around the corner, here's some advice to keep in mind as you take on the challenge to revamp your life and move forward with a new, healthy lifestyle.

I would definitely recommend Lurong Living Challenges to those that are looking for a healthy lifestyle. If you are a competitive person by nature then it’s even better because you’ll compete with yourself and others to not cheat yourself. All around I feel healthier and have more energy and definitely want to keep up with the eating plan. I would definitely recommend this to others and will do it again!
