ELITE is perfect for those who want to start fresh and want to understand how common foods are affecting their body. It is also ideal for those who have struggled to either lose weight or keep it off.
PRO is more flexible. It looks similar to a focused Zone approach or for those who are focusing on eating healthy foods to hit their Macros.
STARTER provides a manageable step no matter what your current physical or dietary state. It is the perfect entry level focus and provides the 1st step in creating a healthy lifestyle.
The nutritional philosophy is simple: eat real foods, control insulin response (blood sugar), and try to balance each meal and snack with a protein, healthy fat, and good carbohydrate. Our 3 diet levels create clear and easily understood standards and our supportive tools give you the power to apply them to your daily life.
Don't let the world of nutrition be scary or overwhelming anymore! You have access to our interactive food search feature where you can search for a food or a category to find if it is allowed, banned, or OK in moderation. If a food isn’t there, ask us and we will let you know and add it to the list. The Summertime Challenge workouts are programmed by 6x Games athlete Neal Maddox specifically to test your fitness and push you to hit new PR's. For all workouts including the benchmarks, there are 3 standardized skill levels which make exciting for top competitors and appropriately challenging and accessible for those just stepping into the box. No matter your level of fitness, you will have fun and be challenged. Most importantly, you WILL improve.
Even top-tier athletes and fire-breathers will enjoy be pushed and battling for top ranking on the leaderboard.
The majority of our Challenge athletes enjoy this level with just the right amount of pain, sweat, and fun.
Even if you've just walked into the box terrified and have never RX'd a WOD, you'll find the perfect sized challenge.
Athletes who prove their athletic prowess can win performance prizes for the benchmark workout. We will award prizes for the top athlete performance in each division in each for the benchmark workout. Don't think it is only the ELITES who have a chance to win. We will award the top performers for each skill level. So let the competition begin. You will experience the connection between your diet and your physical health and performance.
TRACKING YOUR DIET
The Lurong Living Challenge Series does what no other fitness or nutrition or weight-loss program has ever done. It provides two diet path options that are founded on the proven success of Whole Foods. Our interactive platform will help you stay accountable to yourself and your team, while making the process fun and simple.
During the Challenge, you are always encouraged to make the best choice possible. You have the flexibility to change between diet levels whenever you need to do so. In fact, you can choose your level for each of the 6 time periods of the day. That way, you are always rewarded for how well you do. No more falling off the wagon, or bingeing because you messed up a little.
Classic Diet Path
Simply track which level you achieved for each meal or time period. You even have the option to journal notes about your meals, foods, or how you were feeling for each time period. Then click save and you are all set.
The Summertime Challenge is all about creating lasting change by turning daily decisions into habits and lifestyle changes. Now you have the power to change your diet on your terms. We'll just help keep you focused, accountable, and supported the whole way through.
Macro Focus Diet
Entering your diet for the day is simple. Start by selecting whether or not you have exercised on the date shown. Once selected, your preset Macro target for either your rest or workout day will display. You’ll then mark the diet level you’ve achieved for each time period in that day. Lastly you’ll enter your macros. When you are within 10% of each of your marcro category targets, you'll earn additional points.
