The scoring/tracking system of the Lurong challenge was really effective in comparison to the systems of other challenges I've done before; it was succinct enough that I didn't feel like it was a burden or a chore but thorough enough that I felt it gave me a meaningful summary of my eating habits. I feel a lot more confident about keeping good habits and a good routine now after tracking each meal, and the multi-level system for diets was more motivating than a binary "ate well"/"cheated" system. Over the course of the summertime challenge I was able to lose 17 lbs and 8 1/2 inches. It allowed me to focus on my eating and the workouts were great and very motivating. I loved doing this challenge because it really made me aware of WHAT I was eating. When we think about losing weight, we pick foods that seem healthy, but aren't. This challenge really opened my eyes to see what really is healthy, and what isn't.
