Last Weekend to Register

The scoring/tracking system of the Lurong challenge was really effective in comparison to the systems of other challenges I've done before; it was succinct enough that I didn't feel like it was a burden or a chore but thorough enough that I felt it gave me a meaningful summary of my eating habits. I feel a lot more confident about keeping good habits and a good routine now after tracking each meal, and the multi-level system for diets was more motivating than a binary "ate well"/"cheated" system.
